Klang River has been an integral element in the development of Selangor as a source of settlement, transportation and connectivity. Used to be known as the main transport artery of trading mines in Kuala Lumpur to the ports located in Klang. Due to the efforts given by SMG projects, Selangor State Government has aspired to restore and rehabilitate as well as preserve the environment for a better transformation of Klang River.

Covering approximately 255 acres of land, SMG projects aim to unlock the economic potentials within the 5 zones along the Klang River. These projects will transform Klang River into hotspots for residential, commercial and ecotourism in the near future. Together, we bring back the glory of the Klang River in becoming the pride of Selangor and the nation as a whole.
