HANAN Sustainability Project

A huge shoutout to our amazing 50 volunteers from Hanan Medicare Sdn Bhd. Together, they cleared 220 kg of rubbish—equivalent to the weight of approximately 1,175 iPhone 15s—caught in the mangroves during high tide, and also planted 100 new mangrove saplings. Your hard work is making a positive impact on our mangrove ecosystem.

Mangroves are vital to the health of the Klang River and its surroundings. They act as natural barriers against storm surges, reduce erosion, and provide critical habitats for diverse wildlife. By preserving and expanding the population of these green guardians, we’re not only protecting the environment but also enhancing biodiversity and water quality.
